This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our coaching platform, including how billing data is handled when you subscribe to paid plans.

Data Shared with Billing Providers

When you subscribe to a paid plan, the following data is shared with our billing provider (Stripe) to process payments and track usage:

• Email address
• Display name
• Internal user identifier
• Token consumption counts (total tokens used per AI request)
• Feature names (e.g., chat, quiz generation, slide generation)
• AI model names used for each request

Data NOT Shared with Billing Providers

The following data is never shared with billing providers and remains exclusively on our platform:

• Chat message content and conversation history
• Quiz questions, answers, and scores
• Uploaded documents and their contents
• Coaching session transcripts and notes
• Learning progress data and analytics

Our Billing Providers

We use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full card data on our servers — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe.

Data Retention

AI usage records are retained for 13 months in detail, after which they are aggregated into monthly summaries and the detailed records are deleted. Billing records are retained for as long as your account is active.

Right to Erasure (GDPR)

You may request complete deletion of your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, we anonymize all usage records, delete your billing information, remove all sponsorship records, and delete your customer profile from the billing provider.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our service is not available to children under 13 years of age. Users aged 13-17 must have parental or guardian consent before subscribing to paid plans. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
